In addition to being our Founder, Rodney James is a Fortune 50 Business Executive, 6X Salesforce Certified an Internationally-Certified Scrum Master, and most recently a best-selling Children's Author.
Jim Boneau
Director
Jim Boneau is a leadership coach and founder of The Rumble Group. He helps leaders strengthen resilience, communication, and relational intelligence using neuroscience and practical tools. His work supports leaders in navigating pressure, conflict, and trust-building across teams. He is the author of The Rumble Zone and co-host of the podcast Gen X at 60. Jim is also a certified Drum Circle Facilitator, using the intersection of rhythm and leadership as a platform for individual and organizational development.
Eric Mowery
Director
After 25 years of experience in tech industry, including time at Microsoft, Amazon, Groupon and recently Apple, I have now transitioned to the education field. Currently, I am a full-time paraeducator at a local school district working with special needs students in a vocational program as I pursue my Master in Teaching, Special Education degree (2026,27) in the evenings. 

 I am currently also on the board of the local Evergreen Arboretum and Gardens and volunteer there frequently.
